Shipping Information

Order Information:

Orders take up to 48 hours to be packaged and processed. From there shipping will generally take up to 7 - 15 business days to arrive at the destination.

 

Tracking Information:

After your order has been processed and shipped out, we will notify you by sending the tracking information to your email, where you will be able to access the shipping information and view the ETA.

It is normal for tracking to show "pending" in the first 48 hours and then (ready for processing" while it is in transit. 

 

Delays In Shipping:

If after 15 business days you still have not yet received your purchase, please contact us via the 'Contact Us' page and we will happily investigate the whereabouts of your order, or potentially issue a refund.

 

Delivery Information:

We currently have two warehouses that we operate out of. Our main warehouse is in Sydney, Australia and one other international warehouse that ships worldwide (and Australia, if we are low on stock in that warehouse)

 

Cost Of Shipping:

Free! Yes, free! All shipping costs are absorbed by A Little Birdie - at no expense to you.
